Shipping Info

All orders are shipped using standard ground shipping unless specified otherwise

We do not accept returns.

In the event that an item is damaged, we require a picture taken, or the product returned back to us. We will then replace the goods. All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving product.

We are not responsible for damaged product due to the weather, such as melted chocolate or frozen liquids.

We manage a stock inventory all year round (but we do not store or ship chocolate during summer months) and seemlessly offer direct dropships on items we do not stock.

If you have your own freight (LTL) and can arrange pickup, we can palletize product for you (there is a small fee).

For our local clients, this site cannot be combined with local delivery, or credit terms. Shipping is FEDEX and payment is credit card only.
